The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a highly analytical role responsible for driving operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be the primary lead for optimizing the improvement of our overall recruiting process efforts to ensure that we are attracting the absolute best talent for Ellucian.

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a critical component of building a highly optimized TA function focused on utilizing data & process optimization to ensure that Ellucian executes against it’s enterprise growth strategies.
Develop and implement workflows and processes to design a scalable; best in class hiring experience for both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Identify process improvements & strategies that can significantly enhance team capacity & hiring velocity
Manage, generate, and analyze Talent Acquisition reporting (including functional reports, monthly/quarterly dashboards, and ad hoc reports) to provide insights that will influence hiring strategies to drive actionable results
Partner with recruiters to ensure that all job requisitions are highlighted & promoted across various job advertising & social channels
Own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization and training for every person involved in hiring process; maintaining high data integrity and accuracy of ATS inputs
Vendor Management - manages vendor relationship & performance to ensure optimal ROI
Accountable for serving as the primary project manager for various Talent Acquisition programs ensuring successful implementation & adoption
Partner closely with the People team (Talent Partners, Talent Operations, L&D, Employee Engagement, Recruiters) and Hiring Stakeholders to ensure that we have the process & systems in place to ensure that we can consistently attract the best talent for Ellucian

6+ years of People team/HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition programs
3+ years of Applicant Tracking Systems experience
Highly effective project management skills; with an ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical/quantitative skills with an ability to translate analysis into actionable results
Creative problem solver capable of determining root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely
Structured thinker, with great attention to detail
Results and execution oriented with a bias towards thoughtful action
Advanced MS Excel & Power Point skills
