Role Description:

  • Management of monthly financial forecasting, including risk and opportunities

  • Coordinate the preparation, documentation, and presentation of budget and monthly close

  • Provide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected results to the Executive Team

  • Develop and generate a monthly close package to be shared with both Executive and Senior Management teams

  • Assist in the preparation of board-level and PE firm reporting

  • Overall support for Company’s annual budgeting process

  • Assisting in the long-term forecasting and model for the Company

  • Support quarterly earnings releases

  • Play a critical role in the Company’s ongoing plans and projects to control and reduce costs, and alert senior management to issues, problems, concerns, and opportunities

  • Prepare financial modeling for new business development, cost saving projects, capital expenditure evaluation, competitive analyses, and profitability

  • Support of E&Y audit activities

  • Prepare ad-hoc and standard financial analysis and reports as requested by the CFO and CEO, providing insightful views into the Company’s operations and financial performance

  • Provide support to OpEx lines-of-business as needed, including during monthly close

  • Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing the transfer pricing process

  • Managing non-OpEx items including depreciation and amortization

  • Managing the annual CapEx budgeting and forecasting

  • Performing regular FLUX analytics
